
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and milk.
Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and chunks.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
