
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the buttermilk, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, basil, oregano, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C) on a deep-frying thermometer.
- Coat each chicken drumstick in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Fry the chicken drumsticks in the hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
