
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together corn syrup, eggs, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir in the pecans.
Pour mixture into the pie crust and smooth out evenly.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing and serving. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired. Enjoy!
