
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large pot of boiling water, cook cabbage until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed soup and mayonnaise. Stir until well mixed.
Add chopped onions and cooked cabbage to the soup mixture. Stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, crushed Ritz crackers, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Layer the cabbage mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread the cracker mixture over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
