
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat together the melted butter or margarine, eggs, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
In a saucepan, melt the 1/4 cup butter and stir in the powdered sugar. Spread this mixture over the cooled cake.
Top the cake with miniature marshmallows and broil until the marshmallows are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
