
Instructions:
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave on high for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate chips and butter are fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped gumdrops until they are fully coated with the melted chocolate mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
If desired, sprinkle a small amount of salt and/or vanilla extract on top of the mixture.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until it is firm.
Once the mixture is firm, remove it from the pan and cut it into small pieces or bite-sized cubes.
