
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat and onion until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.
On a floured surface, roll each biscuit out to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
Spoon some of the meat mixture onto each biscuit and sprinkle with cheese.
Fold the biscuit in half and press the edges together to seal.
Place the empanadas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
