
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the buttermilk, melted butter, canola oil, white sugar, molasses, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon together.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice the bread and serve as is or toasted. Enjoy!
