
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil mixture for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until fully incorporated.
Add oats and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper and let cool for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
