
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, followed by the vanilla extract, water, and heavy cream.
- Gradually add in the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a large rectangle.
- Cut the pastry into 8 equal pieces.
- Place a generous amount of the chopped chocolate in the center of each piece of pastry.
- Roll up the pastry, starting at the short end, to form a croissant shape.
- Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush with a mixture of beaten egg and milk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the croissants are puffed and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
