
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, , and the garlic-red pepper mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a 9-inch pie dish. Layer the cooked spaghetti in the bottom of the dish. Pour the egg-cheese mixture over the spaghetti, then top with the cooked chicken.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
