
Instructions:
In a large pot, bring the water, salt, and Cajun spice blend to a boil over high heat.
Add the corn to the pot, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender and the spices are well-infused into the water.
Remove the corn from the pot and place it on a large platter.
Brush the melted butter over the corn, making sure to coat each ear evenly.
Serve the corn hot and enjoy!
You can also grill the corn for a smoky, charred flavor. To do this, simply brush the corn with the melted butter and grill it over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently, until the corn is lightly charred and tender. Enjoy!
