
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place chicken breasts in a large bowl, pour buttermilk over them, and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Take the chicken out of the buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Place chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
