
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Use a butter knife to swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture through the batter.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
While the bread is baking, make the glaze by mixing together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread and serve.
