Here is the recipe for Sweet & Spicy Boneless Wings:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken wings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle the seasoning mixture over them, toss to coat evenly.
- Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
- While the wings are baking, make the sauce by combining the hot sauce, brown sugar, and butter in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce until they are evenly coated.
- Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the amount of hot sauce depending on your desired level of spiciness.
